RETURNS / PRODUCT WARRANTY
In order to start a True Tattoo Supply return request, email us at info@truetubes.com with your order number, the product(s) that need returned and the reason for return.
Items should be returned unopened, undamaged and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Refunds will be provided on product only and do not include shipping charges.
It is recommended that returns be shipped in a method that will allow the package to be tracked while in transit. Please remember that all returns shipped to True Tattoo Supply are the customer’s responsibility until they have been received at True Tattoo Supply.
If the wrong product was ordered, simply return your product for a refund and place a new order, and we will get it shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of receiving an incorrect or defective product from True Tattoo Supply. If that’s the case, we will send you a UPS label to cover the return and will send a replacement right away.
NOTE: WARRANTY INFORMATION
True Tattoo Supply stands by all of our products. However only certain items qualify for a warranty. These items will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer if the purchase was within the warranty period.

Tattoo Machines - 30 Day warranty, NeoTat assumes all responsibility and will honor NeoTat warranty on all NeoHex machines.
